User Agreement

Governs the terms of use of the MERAKI website.

1. General provisions

This Agreement governs the relationship between ИП Дикинов Залим Хасанбиевич (the "Operator") and any user of the MERAKI website (the "Site", the "User"). By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read and accept the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Site provides information about the MERAKI hotel, its rooms, services and grounds, and allows a room booking or group-stay request to be submitted. This Agreement does not govern the terms of the stay itself, its price, or payment procedure — these are determined separately, upon booking confirmation and check-in.

3. Booking

Online room booking is carried out through the Bnovo widget integrated into the room pages. By submitting a group-stay request through the Site's form, the User expresses an intention to book a stay; this does not automatically confirm the booking — the Operator will contact the User to agree on the details.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

• The User undertakes to provide accurate information in the Site's forms as needed to process the request;
• The User undertakes not to use the Site for purposes contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation;
• The Operator undertakes to review incoming requests and contact the User via the details provided;
• The Operator may decline a booking if no rooms are available for the requested dates.

5. Limitation of liability

The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site running correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Operator is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Site caused by technical failures, hosting-side maintenance, or third-party services (including the Bnovo booking widget).

6. Intellectual property

All Site materials (text, photographs, logo, design elements) belong to the Operator or are used by it on a lawful basis. Copying or using Site materials without the Operator's consent is not permitted.

7. Personal data

Personal data submitted through the Site's forms is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
