Privacy Policy

Effective in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006 (as amended by Federal Law No. 156-FZ of 24 June 2025).

1. General provisions

This Policy sets out how personal data is processed and the safeguards applied by the personal data operator — ИП Дикинов Залим Хасанбиевич (the "Operator", "we").

The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006 and applies to all data the Operator may receive from users of the MERAKI website (the "Site").

2. What data we collect

When using the Site's forms and services, the Operator may process the following personal data:

• name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• intended stay dates;
• number of guests;
• a comment attached to the request (free-form text supplied by the user).

This data is submitted through the group-stay request form, and through the Bnovo booking widget embedded on the Site's room pages.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• handling room booking and group-stay requests;
• contacting the guest regarding their stay;
• improving the quality of our service and of the Site.

The Operator does not send newsletters (by e-mail or SMS) and does not use personal data for any purpose other than those listed in this Policy.

4. Cookies

The Site uses cookies for analytics and to ensure certain features work correctly (for example, to count visits). On a user's first visit, they are offered the choice to accept or decline the use of cookies via a banner. Analytics scripts, where connected, are only initialised after the user has given consent.

Anonymised traffic statistics are collected using the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC, Russia) and the Site's own tracking system. The own system records page views and clicks on key buttons (booking, phone, messengers). The user's IP address is not stored: instead, an irreversible hash value is recorded, which is regenerated daily and does not allow the user to be identified or tracked over time. This data is processed only in aggregate form and retained for no longer than one year.

5. Data retention and withdrawal of consent

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in Section 3, or until the data subject withdraws their consent.

To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, please send a request using the contact details in Section 7 of this Policy.

6. Rights of the data subject

Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ, users are entitled to:

• obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data;
• request the correction, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unlawfully obtained;
• withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data;
• appeal the Operator's actions or omissions to the authorised body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights, or in court.
