By filling in and submitting a request form on the MERAKI website (the "Site"), I confirm that I have read the terms of this Consent and give my free, specific, informed and conscious consent to the personal data operator — ИП Дикинов Залим Хасанбиевич (the "Operator") — to process my personal data on the terms set out below.
I consent to the processing of the following personal data:
Personal data is processed solely to handle a room booking or group-stay request and to contact me regarding my stay at MERAKI.
Consent is given for the following operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision, access) to the extent necessary to process the request — including via the Bnovo booking widget — blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, whether by automated means or otherwise.
This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing described in Section 2 are achieved, or until it is withdrawn.
I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a notice to the Operator using the contact details in Section 6. Upon withdrawal, the Operator will stop processing the personal data and destroy it within the period prescribed by law, unless otherwise required by law.
